Backglass in-game image not found

my backglass is set as an mp4, and shows in the preview in the database manager. When I launch the table the backglass mp4 I set is not displayed. I have a small window on the backglass green square that says backglass in-game image not found. Any help is greatly appreciated

Additionally, when making a request for assistance, please attach copies of your pinballx.ini and log.txt files for review.

You are unclear as to whether this issue is happening with all tables or a specific one.

Did you install LAV Codecs? not having those can create issue with video playback in PinballX.

If that's not it then when attaching your log.txt and pinballx.ini files please also attach an example video file. Make sure the log.txt file is after launching a table where the backglass video is not displayed.
