Loading image folder

Good morning, I am looking to see if there is the possibility of putting images inside the loading images folder 
and that the program does a random and randomly loads these images when launching the tables?

Yes, by default it is random. 

Using scutters his de-randomize, will load media with the same name

Yep.. @berk104 if you have the loading image plugin enabled disable that in pluginmanager (uncheck the box next to it) and then in settings.exe under General Settings set the Table Loading Media Mode to 'Use Loading Folders'.
