I'm merging my sets and keep getting lots of these type of errors:

"Error: No ROMs found matching "Fantasia (E) [!].*" and so on...

What should I do?

Make sure you have a complete set, and that you have the "have.txt" file that matches your roms. Thats about all I can suggest. Personally, I just download sets from somewhere that's already got them merged and don't mess with it all too much. :)

I do have complete sets. I even created a new have.txt file from the roms I have. still the same problem.

I had similar issues. What I did was skip the ROMs that didn't appear, made a list of what I was missing and added them manually later. I had a complete ROM set also, but sometimes a bad dump wil throw the GoodMerge system. The only one that gave me that problem was Intellivision though.

Good idea Adultery...I had to do the same a while back..what a headache! :(
