Underlay Only in System

I only have two systems on my cabinet:  MAME and Visual Pinball.  I have the display of the system wheel images suppressed, and I was wondering if there was a way to only show the underlay after I select a system.  I don't want it on the systems list itself.

I appreciate any advice!

Are you using a single underlay image in PinballX\Media\Images or using an underlay by system (underlays placed in PinballX\Media\System Underlays with the underlay named to match the system name)?

Not checked, but it's probably worth trying the System Underlays option if you're not using that as i suspect that won't show in the systems wheel.

Hi @scutters Yes, I have .png files for each system in the System Underlays folder, but it isnt what I am looking for.  In the attached video, I have a "visual pinball.png" file in the System Underlays folder and nothing for MAME.  You can see that it actually displays that file (or lack of) in the systems list.

I dont think it is possible to show only the underlay when you have the system selected and to hide it in the system menu.

Thats a shame.. it looks ridiculous IMO when you only have two systems

Agree that for only two systems suppressing the system wheel images works best visually, but then you don't want the wheel underlay either...  think it has to be a feature request!

Edit - fwiw, i'd just scrap the underlay for visual pinball
