FTP access

I have a free account in Gameex, reading the latest Tom's letter I'm trying to access the FTP server with FileZilla but it is impossible.  Error 530 User can not log in.  Could you helpe me? Thanks

What FTP client are you using?

What port are you trying to connect to?

If you are using your forum "username", then try and login with the email account you registered with as your username instead.

I also rebooted the server. Just in case. You should be using your email too,.

I just tested and its working for me with a free account. GameEx Online also working.
