[Resolved] Long Delay for DMD Image

I've noticed that whenever I load a MAME game, it takes about 20 seconds for the DMD image to appear.  I select a game and choose to play it.  I see the loading animation and then it switches to the game display.  From that point, it takes 20 seconds or so for the DMD image to appear.  Looking at the log,  I see:

Any ideas?

Do you have 'Hide DMD' set for the games in Game Manager / PinballX database Manager?

Try unchecking it if so.

I think you have enabled 'auto show dmd'. This is for vpinmame. Ifit doesnt detect a vpinmame it will fallback to image/video 

That why it takes some time.

@Mike_da_SpikeThanks for your help as well.  Fiddling with that option didn't solve the problem
