Game List Manager don't download

Hello,

I took a one-year online subscription
I activated the key
but in game manager of PinballX, no media import is done, yet I checked "Online for Import"
And when I run "Import all" it looks like it's downloading when it doesn't.
I always have: "Missing: Playfield, Backglass, Audio, Audio launch, Flyer, DMD, Topper, Real DMD"
What did I miss?

Does it download anything ?
If you download the wheel, is that working fine ?
With other words, are your credentials correct ?

In the download section, there is a program called database manager.
Thats an external program that is build for PinballX as well
That doesn't use the user and password from PinballX, but it uses the FTP and shows preview of your media. 
For playfield and Backglass, I should advise to create them yourself (can be done in game manager as well, but also in database manager)

No it does not download any separate item nor globally.
I just installed PinballX database manager but it tells me that it has "Could not find PinballX installation directory, Please install Pinball X via installer"

In settings did you enter your email address or your user id? The field is titled user id, but you need to enter your email address.

What version of Pinballx have you installed (the standard install, ot the XP/Vista version)?

I tried with my email address instead of my nickname, it's still the same, it seems to work but it's still the same

I installed 5.40 not for XP or Vista

And PinballX database manager refuses to start even installing it in different places

And you installed pinballx via the setup command ? Did Databasemanager creates a log in the log sub dir ?

A happy mystery! You can enter FTP details in the database manager (via database manager settings) and test there..

.. or if the credentials you entered are correct in PinballX settings then you can double check FTP access is actually granted for you using filezilla or similar - see https://forums.gameex.com/forums/ftp/

As Scutters says, test your ftp access. If you go to settings and select GameEX online tab. Fill in your GameEX account and password, then click on check access.  Is that working for you ?

Hello,
I thought this picture was just an icon! I hadn't noticed the term "Settings" just below
It's good, the FTP works!
One question.. I'm looking for a place to find only real tables.. I see big lists but there are not many originals. if it doesn't happen too bad and thank you for the helping hand

If you are talking about Real table videos's I should recommend to create them yourself.
So you have the latest video of your table. (Thats show pretty awesome with @Scutters de-randomizer for loading videos)

It's very complicated, the playgrounds I save are displayed upside down. I decide to download them, only not all arrive, when I try to do it manually it tells me this: "mnuFTP_Click Unable to access a deleted object. Object name: 'MediaSelector'."

If you record it in game manager or database manager via the "bulk videos" videos button, it can create all your missing playfield videos (and backglass) videos.
