L'accès FTP me donne sans cesse 

Réponse :    530 User cannot log in.
Erreur :    Erreur critique : Impossible d'établir une connexion au serveur

? HELP

I See this message, but, Is there a topic config filezila?

You must not be using the correct credentials per the error description linked above.

Make sure you are setting Filezilla to the following:

Server: ftp.gameex.com
Port: 21 (not shown in your screen capture) 

Connection: Explicit FTP over TLS 

User: Your email address for these forums (same for GameEx Online).

Password: Your forum password

For testing your credentials you can try Databasemanager.

Open settings, go to the GameEx tab, full in your email address and password. And hot the check access button.
