Pinball X doesn't load games (particularly Future Pinball games)

I've installed and re-installed several versions of Pinball X.  (The cursor is still disappearing when I load some of the latest versions, so I went back and also tried to install the versions available in early April). The Future Pinball tables launch easily from the FPloader.exe file in Future Pinball but they don't launch in Pinball X.  I've run the programs as administrator and I've checked to make sure there are full security clearance.  I'll attach a copy of the ini file.  Any help someone could give me would be appreciated.

Your launch parameters for FP are;

Parameters=/open "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" /play /exit /arcaderender

Try with the /STAYINRAM flag as well. i.e.;

Parameters=/open "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" /play /exit /arcaderender /STAYINRAM

Also confirm FPLoader.exe is located in your working path folder C:\Games (not in C:\Games\Future Pinball\BAM or similar)

If you still have problems please also include you log.txt file (after attempting to launch an FP game)

Scutters, thanks for your help but it's still not working.

It seems to not be able to find a file:  System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)

No problem. Did you check the working path in settings?

FPloader.exe is normally installed into ...\Future Pinball\BAM i think, so C:\Games\ for FPLoader.exe looks wrong

Ok.  I'll change it back.  I had it in C:\Games\Future Pinball\BAM yesterday and that didn't work.  Again, thanks for your help.  Should I delete everything in the Pinball X folder and start over?

No, pinballX is your frontend.

Try to get it started from the command line. If you.got tables started from vommand line, you adopt it to pinballx

Sorry, i didn't mean move the FPLoader.exe file, i meant changing the working path folder in PinballX settings for Future Pinball from C:\Games to C:\Games\Future Pinball\BAM.

(no need to delete the pinballx folder!)
