[RESOLVED] freeze on game launch

hello again along with sorting out my gameex issues i also tried to see if evo would launch and play mame game without erasing my mame config but when i launch a game it just freezes and i have to do task manager to close down. also the normal buttons i use in gameex for my select and back do not work. the only thing im able to use in evo is the mouse thx.

In the Setup Wizard, go to "Debug Tools"

Please provide the below to assist troubleshooting:

"Zip last run output to desktop"

 

Have you verified your configuration?

You can verify your setup/paths with the "verify setup" step, which is second from last in the left-hand menu on in the Setup Wizard.

i did verify and all was good but it wont let me get the last run output only  logs.(the option right before the last one)

Your log indicates a lot of errors regarding the system images, this may be related to something server side that only Tom can verify.

FYI I reinstalled and now it will launch mame thx.
