Exit VP10 game does not go back to PinBallX menu of games

exiting a VP10 game, some will go back to the menu (Wheel) most don't. All games where exiting correctly but over time most do not now. I have not changed anything. What si wrong?

Run pinballx as admin and check your quit/exit button in settings.exe

Running as admin has no effect. Still can't get back to PixballX menu.

A little more into.  The first game I play will exit back to the PinballX menu. Any game after that doesn't. I can play the same game. The first time exit. Second time it doesn't So it's doesn't seem to be related to any one game. Just will not go back to the menu more than once.

I'm having the same issue as well. Running the latest Visual Pinball in Admin mode. Game starts ok but exit goes back to the VP editor. Need to Alt-F4 the VP to get back to PinballX

Did you have a button asdigned (or keyboard key) within vpx to exit the emularor ?

Same for me.

ok sorted, goto to vp editor and change the exit key from Q to W and click override default button layout  then it works :-)

In PBX i have exit emulator set as Q so when you exit VPX it now goes back to the PBX Menu wheel.
