[RESOLVED] Unable to import all using game ex

I purchased the $15 one year game ex and created an account and logged in just fine online. I then added my account information into settings for pinballx then opened game manager and tried to import from online and nothing. It goes to the page shows the spinning black and grey sunflower Then returns but nothing downloaded. It still says 

missing: (everything. )

Can you provide copies of your pinballx.ini, log.txt, and .xml files for the systems for which you are attempting to download media?

Since you paid for access, you also have access to the FTP site to manually download files.

With Database manager, we implemented an FTP test button to check your ftp credentials. These are gameex credentials, but not from settings.exe !

Try this and you can also download the same files from gameex

Ok I figured it out. Apparently my full email must be entered my user name alone does not work. As soon as I changed it to my full email used for my account instead it work flawlessly. Thank you for your help.
