scutters
Just an additional note; it isn't just wheels and logos that can be animated - it also works for overlays and underlays. Loads of possibilities there!

PcTeknic
I love scutters animated Company Logos, and animated System Logos it´s great too. This is the firs, for Future Pinball, size 640x160 (mulplier of 128x32) What´s the correct format for PinballX .gif? As .png this image logos (no dmd) looks better as .png animated

PcTeknic
I try a small adjustment here because it is better for me to try it on a black background, sorry for the inconvenience
scutters
I did knock up a VPX one a while ago using one of the VPX logos (not sure who came up with the original, thanks to whoever it was..). Think i intended to polish it a bit more, can't remember. If anyone makes a pack of animated system logos feel free to use / adjust / include this if you want.

PcTeknic
Sorry Mike, I was asking scutters if I could try them out for having some confidence in asking for a favor, but they are for all users. Although at the moment it will not be usable. These system logos are exclusively exclusive to the Details Area, when PinballX allows different images for the Details Area and the Systems Menu. In the systems menu, Megaballs or MegaDocklets or even Nuke Wheels are better. Megaballs or MegaDocklets do not look good in the Details Area due to their circular shape. Nuke Wheels look good both in the Details Area. like in the Systems Menu, but when converted to .gif to make them animated, they lose quality and can also show flaws in the animations, those flaws are much appreciated when PinballX extends them to show them in the Systems Menu, however, by reducing them for the Deralles Area, they are priceless. My idea is to use the Nuke Wheels, either static or animated in the Details Area and the Megaballs or MegaDocklets in the Systems Menu, but PinballX still doesn't allow this. PinballX at the moment, shows the images that you put in System Logos, both in the details area and in the Systems Menu. I hope that some update of PinballX allows us to put as - system -.png in the Wheel Images folder of each system, the image that we want to see in the Systems Menu, as we do with the rest of the files, Backglass, Playfield, DMD, Audio or Topper. Mike_da_Spike
I was a bit kidding with my previous post of course. But I agree with the different areas to be able different images. At the system page, I like to have the animated ones, but indeed in the wheels are, I want a static and in the details animated. I think at a sudden point, Tom will change it, but if I read his comments, he is pretty busy with 'things'. Thank you and Scutters of course for the animated systems. I need to check if my dmd/toppers tool still works if I have double names in the system logo dirs (and pick the static ones). Thanks guys ! movieguru
Is there a way to make the backgrounds transparent on these instead of black? I am using Pinball-Y and they look awesome but the black covers the table video.

scutters
I made a small app that can convert an image to a gif with a few inbuilt effects (it will probably work better with logo style images or wheels). (you'll probably want to tone down the effects from those shown in the examples for wheel images - to do that just lower the highlight level % in the app) Better actual examples. i'd still change the timing for use in pinballx wheel to once every 10secs or something (varied slightly so wheel effects aren't synchronised) but you get the idea;
