Wow, is this the legendary tease? Have they FINALLY made Half-Life 3?

I hope they realize that not doing this franchise justice after the long...LONG...wait is a very bad idea. This is not a game you try a cash grab with.

EDIT:

No, after further reading on my part Alyx takes place between the events of 1 & 2, so it's really not a sequel. A 1.5 if you will. Also it's a VR game. Kinda makes sense actually. Still it's been 13 years since there was a Half-Life release! The last one was in 2007!
