Problem Login Gameex Online

Hello! I have a problem with gameex and gameex online login. The first thing to tell you is that I bought gameex some time ago and installed it in my main computer. Now I have decided to make myself a machine and I have installed it in it and when I try to download emulators and databases from the configurator I get login error. The machine has a windows xp system with sp3. This I warn you by the subject of the license that will not influence, also I have tried in several gameex both Arcade and Evolution. Thanks in advance

Maybe because of XP and newer security requirements with ssl/https.

Pretty hard to support XP these days buddy.

Once thing you could try is using the email address you registered with for your "User ID" in the setup wizard.
