Can't download PinballX

I just registered but the site won't allow me to download any products related to Pinball X, or the custom Visual Pinball installer. It says "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file.". Am I doing something wrong?

Whether it is correct or not the admin cp is telling you already downloaded 300mb in the last 20 minutes which exceeds the daily limit for basic members.

You will have to try tomorrow.

Oh, I see. I wasn't aware there was a limit for basic members. Thank you. I'll try back tomorrow then.

So I posted yesterday about PinballX not downloading for me, but I was told I probably had just used up my daily limit.

So today it downloaded fine. But the download link for  Visual PInball  isn't available, even though I can still download other files. All I see is "Sorry, you aren't permitted to download this file."

There are several other comments under Visual Pinball that also say they can't download the file.

Could somebody please look into this? It can't be my limit hitting again because right now download links appear for other files, just not visual pinball.

It might be available to supporting members only, not sure.

Since this is related to the initial is thread started regarding not being able to download PinballX, I have merged the topics.

As you are aware, basic members have a 300MB daily download limit. 

117.5 MB - PinballX installer

144.57 MB - Visual Pinball installer

262.07 MB Total

You should be fine providing you did not download any other files after downloading PinballX and before downloading the Visual Pinball Installer exceeding 37.93 MB in total size.  This was not made clear in your thread. If that is the case, then you will need to wait until tomorrow. If not, please reply with more detail about what you downloaded today. Thanks.

I had a look. There may have been a permission misconfiguration, You can try again.

You know though you can download the visual Pinball installer as part of the PinballX  setup if you want,
