DMD disappear when start from PBX

Hi, been using PBX for a long time now. My problem started almost a year ago. 

Suddenly DMD started to disappear from my tables, I quickly found out that it got sent outside my screens (xpos=5123 ypos=3187). 

My setup looks like:

1: 42" 1920x1080 Playfield

2: 15" 1280x1024 DMD 

3: 27" 1920x1080 Backglass

I can reset DMD back to where I want it and play through VPX directly without any problems. But as soon as I start the table with PBX the DMD shows up for a split second, then jumps away to those x and y again. 

I've done clean install of Windows and everything but nothing has helped. 

Think I've done everything that can be done. 

Will post my ini-files tomorrow.
