FTP access

Have a question here.
Am new to this site and would like to hear how I can download from the FTP.
Would like to download the following

Mega Docklets Style MAME Wheel Images

  1x Convert-It 1 Year Subscription 12.00 USD
Hopefully someone can help me further

Have downloaded filezilla and entered the data from ftp server, but do not get it

The Convert-It product doesn't include anything aside from the application itself.
