[RESOLVED] I can not connect filezilla to my account

I type my username and password and the filezilla program displays these messages:

Status: Resolving the address of online.gameex.com
Status: Connecting 109.236.84.149:21 ...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message ...
Answer: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: AUTH TLS
Error: Could not connect to server

What do I need to do to access FTP?

It should all be fine. Your account may be temporaririly locked. You did not mention if the service has worked for you in the past?
