[RESOLVED] Rom/game not showing

Please forgive my noobness. I've installed everything and it's all running perfectly but there's one problem I can't see the answer to.  I know I have a working arkanoid rom but it's not showing up in the menu and I can't find where to enable it, I think it may be that when building the game list it's verifying all the roms and it's maybe being seen as not fully working.  It works fine in mame64gui.  Can anyone tell me what to try in the settings?  I have rebuilt the game list and if I search ARK it's there (doesn't show in 'all games' category) but doesn't load the picture of the game and hitting 'play game' just does nothing.  I have at least 11 versions of it in the rom folder. I'm a bit stumped now.

You didn't provide your ini, so I can't verify you haven't already done this.

There is a field in the MAME settings in the filtering options area that says "DON'T FILTER THESE ROMS"

 

Put the title in that list, and update.
