Can I make gameex looks like maximum arcade?

I was testing maximum arcade and I liked the choose sistem layout like the hiperspin.   Can I make the gameex looks like that? I searched but cannot find the awnser.

Not exactly, but you can make it look better

The arcade edition however doesn't support emulators.
