I am assuming that you are referring to GameEx and not the Convert-It support forum where you posted. You may want to tell us if you are seeing the GameEx nag screen or seeing it somewhere else, such as when you open a MAME game for example.

If it is the GameEx nag screen, you need to submit a Support request as these issues are not handled in the forums.
