Antivirus complaining about GameEx installers

Hi everyone,

I want to try your software, but everytime I download either of the installers, my Norton Security Suite complains that it doesn't like the file and deletes it.  Specifically, it references a threat name "WS.Reputation.1". It also says, "Threat type:  Insight Network Threat.  There are many indications that this file is untrustworthy and therefore not safe"

 

I think it might be a false positive, but would feel better if someone could explain how/why Norton might be concerned.  Has anyone else had this problem?

It comes up from time to time, but you are correct, this is a false-positive. Norton is always updating its heuristics and looks for certain behaviours. I would not be alarmed and enjoy the program!
