Just registered with a paid account but when I try to access content on the FTP server, it either drops access to the FTP completely or it won't let me download content from the FTP server.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm that you are using the correct port 21 and using your forum credentials to setup your FTP connection?

I'll give another go when I get home from work, I was just trying to access the FTP via Google Chrome.  I'll grab an FTP app and give that a go, appreciate the speedy response.
