How about this.. It was a Capcom game. released as an arcade cabinet but also #9 on the top 10 best NES games of all time according to IGN. Yeah, I had to look it up too. I've not played the game, but most anyone on this forum would certainly know it (ie it's not an obscure game). You may have to give up the answer on this one.
