[RESOLVED] Can't log into Gameex online

I can't log to gameex online with my forum logon ID and password.

When i try to log in, page refresh and i have to rewrite my id and password.

The GameEx Online website is working fine for me.

You might try changing your forum password and then log out of the forum and back in. Then try the GameEx Online website again. Since they use the same login/password, perhaps it will correct the issue. If it is still doing the same thing, I suggest you drop Tom Speirs a PM about it so he can look at it from the back end.

If when you are trying to login you enter your user-name/password only to be welcomed to a refresh of the same (as if you never entered it to begin with), then there is a very good chance this is a permissions issue that only Tom can address.  This actually happened to me back after one of the updates.  As RedDog mentioned, you may want to drop Tom a message, or alternatively, open a support ticket.

It is simply because you are not entitled to access.

You purchased GameEx a long time ago before the newer online features became available.

You will need to upgrade if you would like access. You are entitled to a 20% discount.
