arcade ambiance only when mame's running?

i have arcade ambiance set to on, but is there a way of only having the sound running when mame is on?

I don't believe that is an option yet....I too would like the ability for arcade ambience to turn off when using Jukebox, so for now I have to just leave arcade ambiance off as it is quite annoying when using jukebox(it turns off for karaoke though) :unsure:
