Can not register/donate to get a pass :-(

Hi spesoft forum,

I can not register/donate to get a 1Year GameEX Pass. When I get transferred to Paypal it say that my transaction cannot be processed at the moment ...

Is this a problem on your side or on Paypal side? (I can login to Paypal and I just used my Paypal account for ebay ...)

Additionally I like to comment that I would prefer a 30-day trial like "Maximus Arcade". Because I have to register to test the Steam plugin. And I am buying a 1 year pass to check upfront that it works before I invest in a lifetime pass. I would like to save the 1 year pass and buy a lifetime pass right away. But without knowing if Steam integration works, I refrain from the invest and finally pay more

Hi jrarcade,

As you will note in the Explanation of Member Groups, the minimum subscription for GameEx's extended features and offerings is 1 year. No other offerings for a lesser period are being considered at this time.

Also, if you are having difficulties with processing your payment, please log a Support ticket. We are unable to address payment processing issues via the forum.

As for Steam Integration, it does work and quite well.

I have replied to your support ticket although I cant help.

It is a limitation with PayPal for users in Germany and China only. PayPal (not me) does not support subscriptions in these countries.
