pinballx crashes when trying to exit out of game

has any one run into this issue?

the games launches and plays fine ( pinball fx2) but when I attempt to exit the game back to the pinball x menu,

the program freezes and eventually pops up a blue screen that says the program is in a infinite loop.

(nv_4disp.dll) .

Not sure where to start here, any advice would be appreciated.

Please provide your PinballX.ini and log when you have a chance so we can get a peak of what you've got going on.
