Can't log into FTP

Hi I am using filezilla

I can't log into

I know my password and username i can log in here no problem.

anyone having a a problem at this time

I can login to both as a basic user, and as a member.

Are you using port 22?

You should be using the default port, 21

If that's not it in the site manager for your server check and make sure it 's set to use plain FTP. I'm using an older release, and I've read that TLS is enabled by default in the current version.

Yes it's set up with normal security setting.I think at this point I will try an older version the program.I thank you for your help.
