[RESOLVED] Access to FTP Site

Hi,

sorry to disturb you, but I cannot find any solution for my problem: I have registered on gameex.info as a basic member and I'm trying to get access to the ftp site of pinballx, following the FAQ:

Site: online.gameex.com
Username: Your forum username or email address.
Password: Your forum password.

Basic members can browse the FTP and upload on port 22.

The only answer I get ist "logon failed". Account and password are correct. Any help for me?

What FTP client are you using?

If you are using FileZilla make sure the Login Type is "account" not anonymous

I'm using FileZilla, Login Type is "account", I'm using the same account and password with which I logged in into this forum. Here is what FileZilla shows me:

Status: Auflösen der IP-Adresse für online.gameex.com
Status: Verbinde mit 162.216.114.165:21...
Status: Verbindung hergestellt, warte auf Willkommensnachricht...
Antwort: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Befehl: USER deb004s0
Antwort: 331 Password required
Befehl: PASS ********
Antwort: 530 User cannot log in.
Fehler: Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen

You need to be pointing to port 22

Thank you, everything works fine. Sorry, I thought port 22 would only be for upload.

Port 22 is only for upload but you are a basic member on the forum right now so only have access to upload.
