Ball Stutter in Pinballx

Trying to figure out why I have Ball stuttering when I lunch visual pinball in pinballx. It plays perfect in VP 9.9.1 by it's self. If I lunch the same table in pinballx I get a stuttering ball play. In my pinballx setup I have checked "play in full screen window". I also have this checked on VP as well. I have tried about every setting there is and still no luck.

My Cabinet is:

3 screens

Win 8.1

Ram 16gb

CPU - i7-4790

Main Video - GTX 970

2nd Video - GT-610

Any Ideas??
