Hello guys !

I'm trying to setup Steam and I am running into a weird kind of problem:

When I'm not using custom menu's I get two steam menu options under Emulated games: Steam and Steam Games. When I select Steam Games I can actually select and play a game. Menu option Steam is showing some weird "appmanifest..." files. I did a search for Steam Games but I can't seem to find it anywhere (logs / ini attached)
When I use custom menu's I've one steam menu option which is called "Steam" and I can select and play a game.
Any idea's how to solve this ? Thanks :)

Could it be that you have Integrated Steam (Steam Games) and a separate emulator setup as Steam?

Per your gameex.ini:

[Emulator_4]STARTPAGENAME=Steam
