Question - does this release fix the ambience setting? It was hard coded to L: or something like that in 12.79. Just curious.

I did seemed too notice in the last version the abience sounds sometimes played and other times it didn't.

It depends on the setting in GameEx.ini, which you can select with Setup Wizard. You can choose:

1. To automatically check for update and do it

2. To not check for any updates at all

3. To get an info window with the option to update

Option 3 is working for me

edit: no it's not.. once downloaded it says: install files are corrupted, please obtain another copy

or something like that...

edit 2: hrmm second time around it seems to have worked
