nvidia drivers

I'd like to get a consensus if the new NVIDIA drivers are working normally for those of you who had problems with past NVIDIA drivers as I did.I'd like some input from people who have had the slow or jerky gameex menu's and had to stick with the 66.93 drivers.I'd like to update as I've got a couple pc games that are struggling but I don't want to botch gameex up again.

In the FAQ Tom says that drivers newer than 81.85 should work fine.

Newest nvidia drivers for my Geforce 2 did not fix the issue. I rolled back to the older ones already mentioned and everything works great.

I gave it go and it seems to working ok on my 5200 series card, I used drivers version 81.98.

I tried the latest on my GF3 and to no avai, rolled back to the 66.xx drivers and everything is peachy!

Seems to me like the newer drivers only work properly with newer cards.
