GameEx hangs on update?

Hi,

Just loadedGameEx and went to update my list and it hangs:

GameEx is updating the MAME game list:

Please Wait........

Creating Listinfo.dat (2%)

It has been stuck for over 8 hours.

I could give you the log file but basically there are no erors and the last line is something similar to "updating c:\mame32\listinfo.dat".

I had it working when I had 1 game but since I've moved over all of my game (3 GB worth) it seems to hang at 2%

It sounds like a MAME issue. Try a different version. What version are you using?

I'm using the Mame version from March 2005 and I have MCE 2005

Please post the log (after crash) and gameex.ini.

I also recommend you at least try a different version of MAME. I am pretty sure its a MAME issue.
