Theme Editor Errors

I been getting a System.ArgumentException: Parameter is not valid error when trying to load my theme in the Theme Editor???

Any clues to why? It worked for a few time then now I get this error.

Can you post the full error? Also can you post your theme so I can try and load it?

I have encountered errors when closing a theme (but not theme editor) and trying to reload the theme. Usually resolves by closing out and loading anew.
