150 + KB/sec which should be right since I'm doing other stuff. So speed is good.

Currently downloading the latest GameEx installer. Speed is jerking around between 100kb/s and 150kb/s out of a max speed of 2mb/s. I'm in Florida.

Did a speedtest right after that.

I usually average around 100kb/s unless there's a ton of traffic. Never seen it get below 85kb/s on an update.

That's with uTorrent and Xbox Live running too, so that's just fine for me.

A quick question where is the spesoft site hosted the states?

i can only download the installed or updates at 55k a sec . Should only take about 10 seconds.

Its in the states. I have the same problem, although get upto 110kbps.

I averaged around 250KB/s download speed with a 50Mb/s connection, and no other download or uploads happening.
