Thanks i will try that if i cant get to work this way My xpadder is located C:\Documents and Settings\Oliver\Desktop\Xpadder So ive got in Launch After cd "C:\Documents and Settings\Oliver\Desktop\Xpadder" start "" xpadder.exe /C It doesnt work, im sure its something is wrong with this part?? start "" xpadder.exe /C are the spacing and all the """"""""""""""""""""""" ok?? If i start up CMD/Dos prompt , type cd C:\Documents and Settings\Oliver\Desktop\Xpadder then hit enter Now i type xpadder.exe /C Xpadder does shut down fine ------------ It must be something to do with the last command, any ideas guys?? thanks

Im trying to get 4DO to work with my gamepad, it detects my gamepad but wont let me setup inputs, apparently its a problem with XBCD drivers most emulators detect my joypad, but there the odd one that wont, so i need to use xpadder So how would i go about launching xpadder with 4DO and on exit quitting the xpadder process?, i read somewhere you need to use a thing called process killer or something If someone could give me an example command lines would be much appreciated thanks EDIT ok i got it to launch with emulator no problem, just need to know how to kill the xpadder process after exiting back to gameex

I got gameex on 12 Jul 2012, i not to sure how to find out what ver im on, but it was the last ver before the databases changed i think Is it even worth updating tho? i really hate the idea of auto artwork downloading, i only use video snaps and boxes (accept mame for the time being) for all my emulators, is it auto downloading or can you stop it all? I spent hours/weeks setting it up, and worried if i update all my settings/commands might disappear Whats actually been updated other then artwork downloads and a new database system (the old one works fine...) doesnt really even seem worth doing Thanks

i know its been mentioned but look for mame NoNag , its pretty much essential if you use attract mode

I got controls working but not for system 12 games like tekken3... but hey i wont say how like you guys.... thanks for the help

I have ZiNC running good with map file now, just having probs getting controller to setup, i noticed some had uploaded some bat files, but the link is dead now, does any one else have ZiNC .bat files and could upload them please Or is there something i need to add to zinc.cfg This is what i have currently --roms-directory=.\roms --use-sound=yes --sound-filter-enable=no --sound-filter-cutoff=22050 --sound-surround-lite-enable=no --sound-surround-lite-multiplier=40 --sound-stereo-exciter=no --use-slow-geometry=no --use-renderer-cfg-file=renderer.cfg --renderer=.\wind3d\renderer.znc sfex.cfg was one game i setup with controller with ZiNC GUI and contains [Plugins] Controller=1 Renderer=D3D Trainer=0 [Config] Specific=0 I tryed adding these lines to zinc.cfg but didnt work, --use-controller-cfg-file=sfex.cfg --controller=E:\GameEx\Emulators\ZiNc\controller.znc Help would be much appreciated thanks

Ok i got it working i had to make the command line point to a fresh folder of NO$Zoomer without NO$Zoomer.ini file Command Line=NO$Zoomer.exe This would popup a window trying to search for no$gba.exe, while this window is active NO$Zoomer.exe will show and stay in processes On Advanced Emulator Setup i used "Also Launch" E:\GameEx\Emulators\No$GBA\NO$Zoomer2.3.0.2\NO$Zoomer.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" Ill put as Resolved but if anyone has a better method please let me know, thanks

Hi i trying to get NO$GBA to work with NO$ZOOMER It seems to work as it should but after launching it, it always goes back to gamex and the emulator is running fine in the background?? havnt had this problem with others Please help thanks edit It seems to be similar to this problem http://www.gameex.in...emulator-issue/ NO$Zoomer.exe doesnt seem to have any processes , since GameEx doesn't see NO$Zoomer.exe it thinks its closed which is why it takes back focus to Gameex

I get the black screen also if i use both videos and MAME , i just stopped it from playing videos in the end

Good stuff AlphaUMI that worked great !!! Thanks, i can now finally exit other emulators and even use the buttons i want (both analog stick click-in buttons)

^English isnt your first language Im running XP to, Joystick Global exit doesnt work on anything but MAME, So your saying it works for other emulators for you???
