  1. Driver issues with the motherboard using Win 8.1 so I switched back to Win 7 and works fine.
  2. Fixed! Issue with my hardware which I resolved!
  3. I sent that from my cell phone at work sorry! Just got home so here you go.
  4. Tom for some reason when PinballX moves the mouse cursor to the top left of my backglass monitor the mouse cursor won't disappear anymore after the table initialises.
  5. To be able to do this you will need Display Fusion! Next create a monitor profile for your current setup and save it as "Default". Now create another monitor profile but this time change which monitor you want PinballX and Visual Pinball to run on and make that the primary monitor then save that profile as "PinballX" or whatever you wish to call it. Now in the PinballX setup wizard you need to goto the Startup Settings and under the Run program on startup: Startup Program Enable: YES Working Path: This will be the path where you installed Display Fusion Executable: DisplayFusionCommand.exe Parameters: -monitorloadprofile "PinballX" Wait For Exit: YES Hide Window: YES Next goto the Exit Program and enter these settings: Exit Program Enabled: YES Working Path: This will be the path where you installed Display Fusion Executable: DisplayFusionCommand.exe Parameters: -monitorloadprofile "Default" Wait For Exit: YES Hide Window: YES That is it!! Note: Just so you wont keep getting Display Fusion confirm prompts from popping up make sure you go into Display Fusions Advanced Settings under Monitor Configuration ... Don't Show Confirm Prompt and set it to Confimation Prompts Are Not Shown. This will work on more than 2 monitors as well. I am running it with 3 and my backglasses work as well without any issues. This will work with GameEx as well!!! Enjoy!
  6. So far so good!
  7. I got PGP to work now. It appears to have issues with the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. So you have to disable and prevent this from running at startup and then PGP works perfectly without crashes again.
  8. Stardock's Start8.
  9. Does the newer version of Xpadder support the Xbox button in the middle? I know PGP does but if Xpadder does then I might have to switch over.
  10. Back on Win 8.1 Pro and it's working once again as I've traced to what a few issues I was having. When I installed a bunch of fonts from my old system it screwed up my Win 8.1 MetroUI tiles icons. As far as getting PinballX working again I just deleted all files except for the tables and re-installed and it seems everything is working again. Now if I can only get PGP to work correctly.
  11. I just heard about Win 9 and that does sound nice. I might go back and try to re-install win 8.1 pro tonight just too see if it wasn't something else that I might of did. The only crappy thing thou is PGP only half works some of the features crashes the system. Maybe I will just have to deal with Xpadder until the PGP guys can fix it.
  12. Yes Win 7 works perfect! I was going to post the config Draco but I decided already I was gonna revert back to Win 7 soon after that post. I was also having issues with Pinnacle Game Profile as well with Win 8.1 Pro which is a major thing for me so that pretty much made me decide to go back to Win 7 as that program is a deal breaker for me. So until PGP works with Win 8.1 Pro I'm sticking with Win 7. I've tried and paid for Xpadder but I just don't like it and much much prefer PGP. Oh well .... I was really liking alot of what Win 8.1 Pro had to offer with my touch screen. PinballX and VP/FP runs smooth as butter now on Win 7 Home x64 with no issues even on those tables that many say have stutter like Monopoly and a few other. No stutter with my Nvidia GTX670 at all.
  13. Tonight I'm just re-installing Win 7 as there are just to many issues with Win 8.1 Pro not just with PinballX but with a few other programs of mine so for now I am going back to Win 7. Sorry guys. I know this will solve alot of my problems.
  14. The ESC key will not exit back to PinballX basically. It will just exit to VP Editor then I have to close the editor and then it returns back to PinballX. Also the Skip Disclaimer doesn't work either. The disclaimer box will show and just sit there until I check it. So for me the only way to get PinballX to work somewhat is to leave Run as Admin unchecked and VP's Run As Admin checked. Very strange this all was working before and I have done nothing to my system and now nothing but problems. Looks like I might just dump Win 8 and go back to Win 7. Be a shame as I like alot of things about Win 8 too.
  15. Ok guys for some reason all of a sudden tonight seems like if I check PinballX run as Admin PinballX will just freeze on loading VP tables and if I uncheck it it will run the table but when I press ESC it will not return back to PinballX until I close the VP editor???

    mouse cursor

When I exit PinballX it changes my Desktop cursor to small when I had it set to Extra Large? Just the pointer the hand still is the Extra Large set. Very strange. Also when I goto Personlize and try to change the mouse pointer I get an error that says: The D:\PinballX\BlackDot.cur file which contains the 'Link Select' cursor is either missing or corupt.
  17. I sure hope it supports Windows 8.1, multiple monitors (1-4 displays) and touch screens!!
  18. Plugin downloader has the date wrong it's 1/06/14 not 1/06/13.
  19. Yup! The Evolution is coming ....
  20. Like that GameEx Evolution logo Tom.
  21. This theme has been cancelled!
  22. This theme has been cancelled!
  23. @zeenon thanks for the scripts will try them out and see how they work on my system.
  24. I think to help others with this is to just post the correct xml/scripts/instructions on where to place everything to setup this way there will be no troubles for anyone in the future on how to set this up.
  25. The only thing I notice is when I run a table that I never ran before and pinballx skips disclaimer and you exit the table back to pinballx then exit to desktop the backglass still shows and you have a window in the taskbar that has the backglass that says form. It did that once but I tried it again on another table and it didn't do it at all and worked perfectly. Thanks for the update Tom!
