ive also set mame up as an emulator in gameex too with out any list issues which leads me to beleive i have a filter somewhere blocking making a prpoer list but i cant seem to see one anyone please take a look at my log and see if i missed anything?

hi guys its been a long time since ive used gameex and i just updated my can with a new pc when i go to create a mame game list im only showing 247 games after an update i have included my gameex file and im pretty sure ive turned off all the filters so that it should show a full mame list regardless if the rom or hardware is working or not however no matter how many times i update the list these games dont show up any help is great and thanks for your time Jester

hey guys and girls it has been a long time since ive been around a few years at least i have a question i purchased my copy of game ex back in 06 and have used it forever on my pc with windows XP i just bought a new pc with windows 7 64 bit and when i added my registration key into my registry it was added but i still see the nag screen when i start up game ex? do i need to purchase a new game ex key after being gone for so long or is it because im using a diifferent version of windows now? any help would be great and thanks for your time

hold tight once tom verifies everything he will send you a key to unlock everything at least thats the way it was done with me anyways lol

hey tom thanks for the point in the right direction everythings okay here now! after doing some further research and looking in the registry looks like one of my swell computer spyware sweepers took it upon itself to lock out some of the permissons in the registry for .net framework i was able to change the values in those registry strings and get everything back up and running thanks again for your help!

after reading this again brian is also right try updating your drivers brian his mame path is also incorrect too it was the first thing i noticed sorry for not looking at the whole error log lol

the first error i see in your config file is your mame path is incorrect trying fixing that and see if it solves your problem

joe please post your gameex config file id like to take a look at it seems to me you have a filter set somewhere in game ex thats filtering out some of your roms

hi madman atioglx2.dll is an open gl driver error in the dynamic link library i would suggest either updating your video card driver see if that fixes the problem or use an older version of the drivers there may be a bug in the ones you have hope this helps and good luck!!! Jester

hi tom i just upgraded to the newest version of gamex 7.50 and when i go into my config app i notice that under my emulators i now have 121 pages of various emulators alot are duplicate and was wondering if this was normal?? i will say that i took my old themes folder and trasfered it over because all my themes are modified but i was wondering if i may have taken and trasfered the config folder as well by accident if in doing so would that be the reason why i have so many pages under my config app at this time? thanks hope someone can help! jester

is there any other way to get your pc to boot using your keyboard if you dont have this option in your bios? i have updated to the most recent version of my pcs bios but to no avail this option is not availible to me any help would be great!! thanks jester

hi guys i have about 30 or so emulators running in my mame cab and was going to add some handheld ones was just wondering what your ideas were on the best ones out there?? and for what systems also does any one know of a good psp emulator that will play my umds?????? thanks for the help jester
