5.23 Bug. Tom, Arcade Ambience plays in the background when you go to your jukebox!!! MP3's and Ambience play together. Not what you intended Im sure. Ambience should go to sleep when in Jukebox and come back upon exit of Jukebox. Time

Movieman, You should check with RomCenter or daphne-emu.com. This forum is only for GameEx support. Your problem is with the config of Daphne which is not very easy to do. Tiptonware.com offers a automatic configutaiton of Daphne so you might try his set as it is plug and play. Time

Thanks to both. Excellent integration. You ease of install Tom is what makes GameEx great. Front ends that are a nitemare to config make things frustrating. My System 1 Cab is finally stripped and the Mame machine running GameEx will take place of the old Indiana Jones guts!! Picture to follow on the cabinets page... Time

Night, Excellent progress!!! I think your taste for porn girls is kinda funny actually... You might consider a G rated version and x rated version if you release these to others. Some of us have kids and would love to use your skins minus the naked girls!!! Only other comment is I always hated any blue color that remins me of windows. Main reason I don't use the default skin for GameEx and use the Arcade One instead. I really like where you are headed. We are very glad you are hear. Soon we will have skins better than Mamewah... The front end already is so why not the skins too!! Time

Anyone have these games working in Daphne via game ex? Roadblasters Thayer's Quest Cobra Command

So here's the next natural question. If the games don't come back with an "Update List" trigger, how can you get them back if you want them in your list again? Glad to see it only deletes from the list and not the actual rom. This will avoid many problems... Time

Nice job on the Galaxian theme and even more so on the Arcade 83 install!! Time

Can't really go wrong with Logitech either. I have a cheapy mini japanese wireless keyboard with onboard mouse from ebay. Since the keyboard use is so limited after you've got it configured properly you might not want to spend any $$. It works fine for me. Time

Hey Tom, Picked up the latest Daphne rom load from Tiptonware.com. v. 99.7 All games load fine via framefile reference except: Roadblasters Thayer's Quest Cobra Command All three load fine via DaphneLoader so not sure what the deal is. The framefiles are properly referenced in GameEx too. Thoughts? Time

Necro, You raise a really good point in that the language needs to be changed to CUSTOM or GameEx will not recognize your text menu title changes!!! Tom, For a next version this should be a bit more graceful. Maybe a prompt or when the user tries to change text it automatically goes to custom. I had no clue why my changes didn't show until I searched for this post. GameEx rules. Time

Tom, My snaps are in fact zipped. The inline snaps actually don't show up on any theme (I just checked). Is zipping the problem? If so, I'll unzip. Time \

Gents, I like the inline display of the snap when the game is highlighted rather than going into the menu and choosing to see the screen in Arcade Theme. Is this only in the above skin/theme or am I doing something wrong in that I can't see the game screenshot when highlighting the game in the "Mame" list in the 'arcade' theme. FYI, my rom list is full with all artwork. Time

Tom and Members, So we have here what looks to be the most powerful MAME frontend out there. What would make this product better? More skins!!! My fav so far in Arcade 800 x 600. But it would be nice to have more choices!! I've checked out "Night" and "Funs" themes are they are a great start but the closer we can get to skins like MameWah has the better this FE will be. I'm not a graphic designer, but for those of you out there your skills are needed!! Time
