Ah ok. Guess I spoke too soon lol. I noticed I already compiled 142U4 and it included the HLSL folder etc.. Now where can I find info on the best settings to use for games like Metal Slug and Mortal Kombat II?
Hmm the update still isn't working for me. And when I download it from the site I get a 1.2 mb download lol. I guess just a few of us are having this problem.
I tried from both GameEx and downloading from homepage. The download is 1.2mb instead of 30mb. WHen updating within GameEx I get a window pop up that says the file is corrupted
Setup corrupted for me as well updating via GameEx. I'll try downloading it from the homepage. Did anyone else have this problem? *Edit* Spoke too soon. Seems the file on the homeage is 1.2mb
Yeah, I'm running 0.9 for now since it seems to be working. Though I'd really like to narrow down this issue with 1.0. I might try hooking my monitor up to it. Though makes no sense why it won't work fullscreen when it does in 0.9. The graphics chip is an onboard one it's an Ati Xpress 200m so yeah kind of old lol I plan on getting a new cheap card off Newegg that has TVout.
Nah, a small window just pops up. Heres a screenshot. Also it happens with emulator.exe and every game. They all run in Window mode fine though. This is on a TV using S-video. untitled.bmp
Sorry for bumping this thread again. But I'm having an odd problem on my cabinet when trying to launch model 2 games fullscreen. Upon launching games in fullscreen it crashes but loading them in window mode they work fine. This happens inside and outside of Gameex. I can't find a solution. Is this happening to anyone else?
This sounds interesting. I haven't personally tried it yet. But it seems like it would help with those multi-disc PSX games. Wonder if it works for DC also? I'd love to have the Shenmue games in one file
Ha ha well I'm definitely going to keep that in mind. I figure if using an LCD I could also finally put the back on my cab. Some of those old CRTs like the one I'm using have a big ass back to em even this little 20 inch. and it sticks out in the back. Luckly this cab had a fan hole cut out at the top I have 120mm fan mounted there. So if I do decide to use an LCD it should stay cool Second power supply for?
