  1. Welcome to our community. I hope you enjoy your stay.
  2. Thanks for the update Fatone85. Also thanks for your contribution to our community. Keep up the great work!
  3. Thanks Tom!
  4. It's included with GameEx installation. And once installed it can be accessed by either config apps, start menu, or can be ran directly in the GameEx folder and the file is AdvancedConfigEditor.exe.

    NullDC

    There's 4 settings that I would change in your nulldc config file: Fullscreen.Enabled=1 Emulator.AutoStart=1 Emulator.NoConsole=1 LoadDefaultImage=1
  6. Use an advanced config and have it watch for the no$zoomer process so that GameEx doesn't steal focus.

    NullDC

Try: nullDC_1.0.3_mmu.exe -config ImageReader:DefaultImage="[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" If that doesn't work then please post your config so we can see other settings that may be conflicting.
  8. Fusion does have the ability to mount CUE/ISO or ISO/BIN within the emulator. If your Images are of these types then your command line should be: Fusion.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" -scd -fullscreen If your images are not of this type then you can use the command line you're currently using. To mount the image you can tell GameEx to send Ctrl+B which boots the image. This can be done in the Send Keys section in Emulator Setup. So in Send Keys you would have: ^b Depending your your system you might have to play with the setting Wait Before Keys to determine the time to wait before the Ctrl+B is sent.
  9. It being grayed out usually has to do with your filters. From the title of your topic then your filters should read as follows: *.zip;*.fpt Zip to list your roms and fpt to show the name of the table for play. According to your post though you mention *.vpt which are visual pinball tables. If that's the case then your filter should read as follows: *.zip;*.vpt If you have any more problems then please post.
  10. This can be accomplished by using an Advanced Config. Setting it up is done easily using the Advanced Emulator Config app that was written by Headkaze. Just go into your emulator settings and find the advanced config option and click on the button and setup. Then save your settings and select in the drop down box. The app is pretty self-explanatory but if you need more assistance then feel free to ask.
  11. Remove the info in the Startup Video/Dir setting found in the Video/Movie Settings section.
  12. Thanks Tom!
  13. Well in that case just use Zip/7-zip/Goodmerge support in the Emulator Setup Section and you can eliminate launch before and after all together.
  14. Launch before works fine and I do see a possible problem with your settings but you won't get much help here about unzipping your roms because it's a registered feature.

    AHK Problem

Now you can use the parameter to hide the window. That way it doesn't show for that millisecond.

    Iso's

Please post your config so we can verify your settings please!

    ssf question

Post you SSF.ini file and also your emulator config so I can verify your settings please.
  18. Good deal! Enjoy!
  19. Just tested and works on my end! Perhaps try a manual install and see if it fixes anything. If not then post your log.

    ssf question

Try the Options Menu in SSF. Option >>> Screen >>> Enforce Aspect Ratio (Fullscreen)
  21. Thanks for another update Tom! Great work!
  22. Good deal! Note: 7zip\Zip support is for roms that are either goodmerged or are of course zipped but where the emulator does not support zip files. This is a rare occasion so by default I wouldn't use this feature unless the above situations occur. Roms will still run for most emulators but you must be careful with your filters. I would say that for Arcade system emulators, I would never use this feature.
  23. I personally use SSF for Sega Saturn and Nebula for Neo-Geo CD. To each his\her own though. I use the integrated virtual drive feature for both so no need for daemon tools on these particular emulators.
  24. I've never seen them grayed out before so we'll have to troubleshoot a few things. First thing I see wrong is that you're using 7zip support. This will cause issues. Raine uses zipped roms so in your setup you currently have it unzipping them. Try that first. As far as the map file, map files just change the name of the rom for a better format. I see you're using the one included in with GameEx. I'm not sure what version of Raine that's for. Also using the database shouldn't have a factor on anything. It just gives more info options to the games that are listed in mame so it's the one you need to use since there is currently no nonmame database. You're also using the database name so not sure if that conflicts with the map. You'll have to test and see how it affects it. So there's some things for you to try.
  25. Thanks Tom!
