It is to me now that I did the comparison video! What was a minor niggle that I have had since day one (I was always aware that it wasn't quite right) has now become a massive pain in the ass! I dunno how to fix it though... HELP!

I have noticed a minor issue with my DMD setup; comparing the quality of the DMD display between the PinballX 'attract-mode' videos and actual 'in-game' display highlights that there is a significant amount of detail lost when playing tables. Notice how the detail is greater on the video-based output (the 'Scared' part of the title and the bat on Scared Stiff, the sheriff's badge and cactus on Cactus Canyon, for example) than it is when I'm actually viewing it 'in game' (rom-based). When the table has loaded the DMD display seems to lose quite a bit of detail compared to the PinballX video. Im using a real DMD and PinDMD2. Any suggestions please? https://youtu.be/mfHkKFqRjz4

If it's high quality backglass and playfield videos you require then you really can't wrong with running this app (http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/15207-capture-videos-to-pinballx-media-table-backglass-and-dmd/). Basically, this will run through your collection and record backglass videos, table videos, DMD videos along with images too. It does a fantastic job and I can't recommend it enough. One of the really cool things is that when you use this, your videos reflect 100% the tables you own. Any little tweaks you may make can be captured and recorded. As for other media; I usually just Google it. For wheel images, I make my own.

No effect on the sound quality; I could have possibly had the shrouds cut with a slightly larger hole. May look at getting a couple more later. Colours are defined from script in Visual Pinball and by hand for Pinball FX2. Thanks.
