  1. PCSX2 0.9.4 has arrived.... You have to try this one.. Even supports NETWORK PLAY using official Sony servers!!! http://www.pcsx2.net/
  2. http://emudev.com/drkIIRaziel/uploads/nulldc_100b1_6.rar Just updated to 1.0.0 Beta 6.. Finally, a few new betas released with a lot of fixes (And new bugs).. Dunno if this has been posted but this is big news since the last ver was released a while back, other than 1.0.0 Beta 5 from a few days ago but had a major bug!
  3. Updates are always fun to see whats new, but 8.88 has been more than stable for me and I am happy to be a registered user. The best system out there now. 8.89 is welcomed, but no complaints! Running on 2 machines dedicated and on my HTPC for the wife and her Super Mario World. lol
  4. Sega 32x was an add-on to make the system 32 bit but failed horribly.. NDS is fairly decently emulated now.. As for GameCube tho, only a few games run at decent speed, and PS2 runs quite well but requires a GOOD strong machine.. (We're talking OCd C2D QX6800, Nvidia 8800GTX or Ultra as PS2 is very GPU hungry on PC.) but, a good PS2 emu, PCSX2 has come a long way since official release of 0.9.2 incluidng Online Play with official Sony PS2 servers and almost perfect sound.
  5. Oh.. My.. Jeez.. nice...
  6. The complete set is 762 US/Canada roms, at least thats all I could find on Ebay after all these years that was dumpable using a Spaghetto-3. This is not including 20-in-1's and such boots..
  7. Depends on your system. For me, a MAME32 0.118u5 update game list with NOTHING filtered takes about 2-3 minutes tops. An hour usually means something isn't right and an error has occured.
  8. Does Perfect Sync cause problems with other Sega-CD games or can I leave it enabled? OH, BTW, it worked fine..

  10. Got a copy of Time Gal for the SegaCD here and I can't get her to run in ANY emu.. Any tips? Tried Kega, Gens, and Xega.. They load the bios, (tried my dump of 1.00 from a Sega-CD and 2.11 from my 2nd gen top load CD) and they get to the boot screen, (Sonic throwing stars on SEGA) and then it freezes.. But it works fine on both Sega CD's. Tried to boot it from original CD and as well from an image file and they both do the same thing.. Anyone else get this game to work? Anyone know if there are others that do this (Maybe bad programming in the game) before I dump the rest of my collection to HDD? Thanks.
  11. The start worked.. I just stopped using /M and specified in the config for xPadder to run minimized at start, as well, the "Sometext" fixed the prob, it was using the "C:\Roms\Atari Lynx\xPad\xpadder.exe" as the title bar. lol.. Ah well. thx for the help.. Now I can use my LynX and NullDC. Now to just get pcsx2 0.92 to run full speed with sound. Damn emu's..
  12. START "C:\Roms\Atari Lynx\xPad\xpadder.exe" /m It comes up with INVALID SWITCH "/M", if I remove the switch as it looks like START.EXE is giving me the error, it just loads another command box.. Any other ideas? Just wanna load xpadder to launch before.. The launch after works fine..
  13. Yeah. I figured it out but didn't post. I had to get her going as it's the same with DC as well. lol.. Now I can get a few new HDD's to rip my games.
  14. Trying to setup a group for my PSX stuff as some work better in ePSXe and others in pSX, and I want to have 1 listing for "Sony Playstation" to be able to load the emu based on what games work better for me. Got 2 listings, Playstion (ePSXe) and Playstation (pSX) in 2 different folders on the HDD and in GameEx. Problem is when I add the 2 emu's to the group, "19,21", and make it enabled and such, it doesn't show up.. Any thoughts? As well, I would like to hide the 2 original playstations menus and just use the group instead. Thanks!
  15. This has started with myself as well. After the latest GameEx update, I can no longer play MAME. It loads to "DECODING 100%" then boots me back to GameEx..

    cps3 emulator

Well, ya can add cps3.c to mame if you recompile it. Haze has released the driver on its own for help.
  17. I play with the u builds just cause I work with some of the drivers and it's nice to see whats been changed in them. Other than that, I usually stick to the original root builds, but, I wanted to see the progress of cps3.c from Haze as well.
  18. Exactly.. I paid 799 for my first CD burner and I was paying 49 per disk. Now I can get a spindle of 50's for 10 bucks. First DVD-Burner was a Pioneer A-03 and paid 899 for it... Now they are worth 40 bucks for the burners. For Blu-Ray, when its worth it, maybe then I will invest. For now, even for the PS3, HDD's are the way to go for backups.
  19. Nah. Still does it. Woot.
  20. organic memory you'll be waiting a while. If your always waiting for the next best thing, ya won't buy anything. This market moves to quickly to "wait" for the next best thing. As for the organic storage devices, they sound nice, but failed way too many redundancy tests. Back to the drawing board. Flash mem will beat it out very soon anyways with flashes being as high as 250GB's now. And the next DVD mediums are not worth it. Blu-Ray is in excess of 20cdn a disk. Thats 80 cents per gig. A good 750GB at 299 cdn is less than 40 cents a GB. And ya don't need a 1K writter.
  21. Will be great once the new CPS3.c is added to mame! heh..
  22. Since upgrading to MAME/MAME 32 0.116u1, the warning screens come on saying to enter "OK" then the system info. 0.116 worked fine. Anyone else having this prob and a way to do it automatically by a script or so if anyone else has this prob. Only started after upgrading to 0.116u1 this afternoon. Thanks!
  23. The Seagate 750's are faster than the Hitachi 1TB's anyways. 6 750's and your laughing. If ya need em for external storage, they are great. If ya buy OEM's, keep the clear cases for em for the dust. They are good cases too.. Not like the flimsy anti-static bags the Maxtor's come in. And yes, I do use too many smilies. Don't ask. Gotta click the mouse every once in a while for the hell of it.
  24. Becareful Tom.. Did that for the hell of it about a year ago and got beard burn. Just as bad as carpet burn but your hands hurt as well and sounds bad when the chicks ask ya why your hands have carpet burn....
  25. What? No light up buttons? lol. Just nagging on ya. Nice setup. What did ya use for the HDD mount? Just L brackets or is that a cage?
