  1. This is an old post but i'll reply anyway... What I did is setup each emulator to quit by pressing the left analog stick (known as L3 in some places). I chose this because I wouldn't use it for any gameplay purposes, and also it would be hard to press accidently. Here how I did it for my emus: MAME - redefine 'UI Cancel' ZSNES - redefine EXIT in the misc keys menu Project64 - configure XPadder to map the key combo ALT+F4 to the L3 button. Gens32 - the pj64 workaround works for this too. Hope this helps.
  2. Hi, first post here. Firstly, I'd like to kiss Tom's arse for his work on GameEx. I use it both as an MCE plugin on my HTPC and standalone on my desktop, and having spent a while setting it up, everything works absolutely perfectly. A great many evenings entertainment have been and will be had thanks to the wonderful way all my emus and pad-controllable PC games have been brought together in the living room. Kudos to you Tom, I hope you're doing well out of your hard work. What prompted my post was the hilarious video box art that I often come across. This isn't a change request by any means, as it's provided entertainment in itself, merely an observation. I've no idea where the box art comes from (out of the left field maybe?), but here are some examples: Tascam Portastudio Video Tutorial The Judy Garland Show Yes Live in Montreux 8 Minute Core Workouts Hawaii 5-0 The First Season Brilliant stuff. I guess something in the file metadata is triggering the art download. Sometimes it gets it right, mainly with films, probably because the titles are simple, although why The French Connection triggers box art for The Secret Life of Veronique (maybe because Veronique is a french name?) is quite odd. TV shows where you have episode numbers, or episode titles, are the main culprits of the examples above. Anyway, keep up the good work Tom!
