Hi, Wondering if anyone can help me ? I am using gameex 5.10, and mame32fx100 u2 when I select a game screen goes black hangs for a sec then returns to GameEx menu ? I saw someelse with the same error so I deleted -skip_disclaimer from the config and all games now work fine , which is kind of ok but I dont understand why removing -skip_disclaimer would cause mame to stop working ?? also it would be good if I did not have to waggle the joystick to play a game and it also stops demo mode from working (As it just sits at the disclaimer screen.) You can disable it by using configuration and going to the 2nd page , news Enable RSS News , and pick no .

Yeah you were right, It was an issue was Mame32 FX. I updated it today and all is fine now Nostretch was an error on my part, I have GameEx in a cab so I had to crane my head to copy what it said on my to here. Also It was quite late here 2.00 clock i think. Many Thanks for your help

Tried that , Sorry but that did not help ? Edited that file run gameEx again run last game, same old same old I am sorry to say , Checked the log and that dont say nothing about the error ? Its ok I am sure I can live with out them you have a lot better things to do Thanks for your help though . !!! Oh BTW , Ta also for the help with getting GameEx to shell right in to it from boot up that was a major help

Ta For quick reply, I pick a game, GameEx goes to load it , Screen goes black ,Screen refresh's hangs for 2 secs , goes back to GameEx menu. I pick Run Last game, Does the same as above, I dont understand as all the NeoGeo games run fine from Mame32, Apart from the screen flashing a bit.

Hi, I seem to have a problem getting any neogeo roms to work with gameEx ? Roms and Bios are in the right place and all of them run fine with Mame32FX, Its just when I try to run them from GameEx ? This would not be a problem if it was just from my pc (As I would just run mame and pick them from there ) but I am running a cab and i have to get my keyboard out . Setup. Winxp Pro ,P4 3.2 1gig ram. Arcade Card 33, 15 Hz J-Pac GameEx goes to run the game but screen resizes ,waits a couple of secs goes black and then returns to menu. Any help would be great A part from this little niggle GameEx is the most polished front end out there A++++ Many Thanks
