  1. You need the wheel to pick the table. You could delete the icons from the wheel image folder then you will just see the table name (description) Junky
  2. Thank you Tom!!!! Thank you Sigma415! This just makes the cab look awesome in attract mode. Hell yes!!! Junky
  3. Zeenon and other Ledwiz/pindmd users.. Please test pinballx 1.70 with Pinbot VP. When I exit this table the ledwiz and pindmd stay on. I can't figure out why this table is different. Grrrrrrrrr Thanks Junky
  4. Thanks Tom!! That fixed it You tha man
  5. I didn't change anything on my end from 1.67 to 1.69. It works perfectly with 1.67
  6. OK Today I tried a little experiment for Zeenon, and in doing so I have some more information on the problem I am having with the pinDMD and Ledwiz not clearing. In version 1.69 if I leave the DMD set to "Visible" on the B2S Backglass then this problem goes away completely. Both pinDMD and Ledwiz clear as they are supposed to when exiting a VP table!! If I set the DMD to "Hidden" like I normally have it, then my problem returns. The pinDMD and Ledwiz stay on and frozen in place. Like I said earlier, this problem is NOT present in version 1.67. Thanks Junky
  7. I tried the exe that you posted. It doesn't work either. Both pinDMD and Ledwiz outputs stay on. Thanks Junky
  8. Hi Tom and everyone else. Today I installed the newest version 1.69. Upon exiting a VP table my DMD stays on and the Ledwiz events stay on (Led's, flipper Led's, etc). I reinstalled version 1.67 (I don't have a 1.68) and the problem went away. With 1.67 both the pinDMD and the Ledwiz clear when exiting a table like they're supposed to. Something changed. Back with previous builds, I was using pinDMD-CLR.exe and ledoff.bat (both to run as "launch after") but I haven't had to use these anymore with 1.67. They don't work with 1.69, I tried. Thanks Junky
  9. I would like to remove some of the default lists. For example, 70's, 80's, etc. Tom can you please add the ability to remove these defaults in your next version? Thanks man. Keep up the great work, it is appreciated
  10. moved
  11. Works great Tom! You da man!!
  12. The screenshots are stored in the media folders "screen grabs" & "backglass screen grabs" (or something similar, I'm not at my cab to look right now). You will need to move these to the table & backglass images folders. On my cab I always have to rotate the table images 180 degrees also. Hope this helps
  13. What do you have planned Tom? Maybe table descriptions on the dmd while scrolling through tables? Awesome
  14. The table name and description can be different. I recommend that the description and all of the media files DO match. In hyperpin it is absolutely necessary for these to match. PinballX will try to find media files that resemble the description but this isn't always accurate. I leave this option off in my settings because I have had a few problems with wrong images showing up. And I agree with Tom, it sounds like you are skipping to the next letter instead of the next table. Just my $.02
  15. Zeenon posted- "Edit: I am officially done with steam. So after attempting to get the "steam" version of PBFX2 working and tired of getting the "steam is already running" behind PBX, I gave up and went back to my old stable version of PBFX2. Oddly enough I fired up CV and wouldn't you know it - stuck flippers!!!! I know I tested most of the tables junky had issues with when he first reported the issue and did not have a single problem. So looking back I only install DOF beta 2 and changed options in steam. So I killed the steam process that starts up with windows and poof, stuck flippers gone." I have some things for you to try. As nullpointer wrote above in post #69, disable Steam from running when you start windows. This way when you select a FX2 table from PinballX it will open steam and fx2 and you won't get the "steam is already running" error. I suggest enabling "offline" mode in steam. This will prevent steam from trying to update when it loads. I have found that frequently I get a black screen from PInballX if steam is in "online" mode. This has to be because it is trying to update in the background. The way I am successfully exiting from FX2 is to press ESC and then exit from the FX2 running table and then close FX2 completely. Then the screen will turn black. I then press my "pause/quit" button on my cab to bring up the paused table screen on PinballX like normal. On my cab I have a front button that is mapped to M regularly and ESC when it is shifted on my IPAC. In the PinballX settings I have "Quit and Pause/In Game" mapped to M and nothing mapped to ESC. Exit emulator is mapped to Q but I never use it. Hope this helps junky
  16. Update! After further testing I have found some new information that hopefully will help some others. FYI, Currently I am running DOF Beta 2 and PinballX 1.61. I can delete my "fake" Direct.B2S Backglasses for Cirqus Voltaire and Terminator 3 with no stuck flipper issues now under the following circumstance: The VP editor must be running in the background ON THE BACKGLASS monitor. If I leave the editor on the playfield monitor (like I prefer) then the stuck flipper issue is present. For some reason the editor needs to be on the backglass monitor when I load a B2S.exe table from PinballX while using DOF. I can't explain it, but this is the case. Zeenon- I will post some info for you over on the FX2 thread on this forum
  17. Also, try both 226980 and 226990
  18. Are you using the pinballfx2.exe that I uploaded the other day? Have you tried both the online and offline mode? If my steam program is set to online mode normally but my cab isn't connected to the Internet then it doesn't work.
  19. Here you go Junky [system_1] Name=Pinball FX2 Enabled=True WorkingPath=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam TablePath= Executable=Steam.exe Parameters=-applaunch 226990 LaunchBeforeEnabled=True LaunchBeforeWorkingPath=C:\PinballX\Scripts LaunchBeforeExecutable=PinballFX2.exe LaunchBeforeHideWindow=False LaunchBeforeWaitForExit=False LaunchAfterEnabled=True LaunchAfterWorkingPath=C:\PinballX\Scripts LaunchAfterExecutable=ledset.bat LaunchAfterHideWindow=False LaunchAfterWaitForExit=False LaunchBeforeParameters=[TABLEFILE]
  20. I just uploaded both the ahk and the exe with the new script changes for the current table arrangement including Earth Defense and Ms Splosion Man. You will find them in Scripts, New Folder (3) I am unable to name a folder when I create one. It says permission denied. Junky
  21. I'm sorry but you're wrong. This IS a pinballx problem. I've played hundreds of vp tables and never had a stuck flipper issue before this. Not one single time. Both the b2s.server and the b2s.exe using tables run flawlessly directly from vp.exe both with and without DOF. For me the tables using b2s.exe ONLY have flipper issues when running from pinballx after the implementation of DOF. Before DOF they ran perfectly from pinballx also. Like I explained in great detail above, this problem started after DOF was brought into the picture and it only happens with pinballx. It happens every single time. It's NOT intermittent
  22. Sorry to say that none of the 3 attached versions fix the problem for me Tom
  23. This didn't fix the problem for me Tom. My workaround is still the best working option for me. My specs i5 3570 running at 4.3 16gb ram windows 8 64 pro evga gtx670 2gb 240 & 120gb ssd's Thanks man
  24. You sound very confused. You need to have working versions of visual pinball and future pinball with ALL of the necessary files involved for each. After you have these programs running perfectly by themselves then you can start working on a frontend like pinballx. I would start reading tutorials on using VP9 over on vpforums. Also read about FP over at gopinball. The learning curve is pretty steep. Good luck Junky
  25. I respectfully disagree dozer. I play cirqus voltaire a whole lot. I've been running 1.59 ever since Tom released it. I never had a single stuck flipper issue untill I added DOF to my cab. Zeenon. I replied to you over on vpu. Yes, I added that line to the XML. I followed the DOF instructions perfectly.
