Hi, yes it this video. I do have 7zip x64 installed on that machine, so i guess thats not the case, or maybe the version? I have 16.02 from 2016, gonna upgrade 7zip and report back the testing. Best regards.

Ok, just found out the problem. x64 version of gameex doesn`t work well with the extract 7zip option, if the rom is small, like 1mb it works but with 300mb+ just forget it, it doens`t work at all. x86 version works all the way. Another issue is the temp folder, it doens`t delete the files after you exit the emulator, the x86 version works flawlessly in this regard too. I´ve made a video but i`m not sure i can post the link here, just search for "carrapice" on you tube or "gameex 7zip" Hope this helps anyone who`s having this issue. Best regards

Hi all. Like the title says. It works with small roms like megadrive/genesis for ex but with larger ones from sega saturn or playstation with doesn`t work. I´ve searched the forum but couldn`t managed to get an answer for this. Does someone have any clue why this behavior? Best regards.

Hi Don´t get me wrong,i like the software(gameEx),i use it on 2 machines but i have removed wmp from all my 6 machines/pc`s because i don`t like and don`t need it. I have removed it and still gameEx functions normally,with the exception being the visualize feature in the jukebox;so why is it a requisite? I didn`t menction the other media center software because i think it`s a desrespect posting that info on this forum like someone`s else`s did!!! And i think the term "hackers" is misleading in that context,it has nothing to do with that. Yet again,i am greatfull for gameEx,i use it all the time. Sorry for asking for the "hack" thing,if you meant it to be this way,then it shouldn`t be messed with. Best regards

Ok,nevermind i installed wmp and upgraded gameex,then unistalled it again. While reading this forum,searching for answers,i stumbled upon a post mentioning another media center software,wich i´ve tried and eventually replaced gameEx. It will remain for emulation thought. No more windows media player "crap". Best regards to all.

Hi all. Recently i tried to update gameEx and a message poped out saying that windows media player 9 or above was required. I removed this piece of software crap a while ago,despite microsoft saying that it`s not possible;and the gameEx software functions normally with the exception of the visualize function in the jukebox,everything else just works. Is there any way to upgrade without the need of wmp? I have the installer ready(wmp),but i will remove it right after gameEx update,so if it could be possible to upgrade gameEx without the wmp crap installed on the system it would be great!!! Hi all I´ve had some problems also a few months ago,what i`ve done was copyed the exe file to the tables folder and then point in the paths to that location in gameex advanced config. Both of them,rompath and working path. It worked Best regards

Hi all,i`ve been for several hours trying to make gameex running on a limited account. My goal was to use the run as command without have to put on the password every time. So i`ve created a vbs file and it works. If anyone needs help in this matter just say so ill post what i`ve done,for now it`s late and i`m tired,sleep time eheheh. Best regards to all
